Email support@xyfitai.com and you'll usually hear back within 24 hours.
Before you write in
Including these makes the first reply useful instead of a question back: your device and OS version, the app version from Settings, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Managing your subscription
Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, not through XYFitAI, so changes and cancellations happen in your store account.
- iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → XYFitAI.
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → XYFitAI.
Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we can't issue them on their behalf, but write in and we'll point you at the right form.
Your data
- Export: ask at support@xyfitai.com and we'll send a copy of the data held for your account.
- Deletion: deleting your account removes your account and its associated data. Email us to start it if you can't complete it in the app.
- Corrections: anything inaccurate in your profile can be edited in the app, or we'll correct it for you.
What's collected and how it's used is set out in the privacy policy.
Common questions
My calorie target changed on its own
That's the app working. Your target is rebuilt from your measured expenditure, which updates as your logged intake and weight trend accumulate. The Estimated TDEE card on the Nutrition screen shows the current figure, how many weigh-ins and logged days are behind it, and how much confidence it carries. Automatic updates can be switched off there if you'd rather apply them yourself.
My weight jumped several pounds overnight
Almost always water rather than tissue — a single heavy day can move the scale by pounds. This is why the app fits a trend across a long window instead of reacting to individual readings, and why the trend weight and the number on your scale won't match on any given morning.
The food photo got the macros wrong
Photo analysis estimates from what it can see and portion size is the hardest part. Every entry stays editable after logging, and a barcode scan or database search will be more precise for packaged food.
I'm not getting my weekly check-in
Check that notifications are enabled for XYFitAI in your device settings. If they are and nothing arrives, send us your account email and the date you last saw one.
Reporting a problem
Bugs, wrong numbers and billing trouble all go to the same place: support@xyfitai.com. If something looks wrong in your data, a screenshot of the screen showing it gets it diagnosed fastest.
